Another Fantastic Meal

Eating in Mexico never gets old!  Today after church, the dorm parents fixed an amazing family meal!  It consisted of a beef stew (pictured below) that had big chunks of meat, potatoes, and green California peppers in a rich tomato based broth.  That was accompanied by the always good Mexican rice and beans (not refried – whole beans today).  They also had prepared two fantastic salsa’s and served it all with steaming hot corn tortillas.  Just when I think I’ve decided on what my favorite Mexican meals are, the dorm parents bring out something like this!  Praise God for food!
