Valentine’s Day at the City of Children!

We had a great day of Valentine’s celebrations today.  We had a gift swap between all of the staff after lunch.  My favorite part of it was that it was in front of all the kids.  I think its good for them to see all of their “parents” at the City of Children laughing, hugging, and having a good time together.

And although the kids weren’t receiving any gifts, they really got into the gift swap.  Whenever someone who go up to get their gift, the kids would begin chanting “Que lo abra!”  (translated “Open it!”) at the top of their lungs.  See for yourselves:
