Last weekend the annual Baja 1000 roared into Ensenada. This race is considered the “granddaddy of all desert and off-road races” and has taken place here for the last 41 years. So last Friday we celebrated our last day of 10 weeks in Spanish language school. It was a great day. Our favorite cook in Ensenada, who also happens to be a great Spanish teacher, made Natasha a cake for her birthday (which is this Wednesday) and Mexican hot chocolate.
